Family Constellation and Life Integration is a gentle, systemic approach that explores the deeper, often unseen dynamics within your family field — including the role your animal companions may hold within it.

Animals are deeply attuned to the emotional environment of the home. At times, what they express through behaviour, stress, or even physical conditions may not exist in isolation, but as part of a larger, interconnected system.

Through this work, we explore what may be unspoken, unresolved, or carried across generations — not to assign blame, but to bring awareness and restore balance.

In a session, you may begin to uncover:

• Hidden emotional patterns within the family system
• Unresolved grief or tension that may be held within the field
• The role your animal may be playing within these dynamics
• Pathways toward greater harmony for both you and your animal

As what has been unseen is gently acknowledged, the system can begin to reorganise. Often, both human and animal experience a sense of softening, clarity, and release.
